By submitting this request, you agree that once your field trip is confirmed, you are under contract for the scheduled date and time.
If you wish to cancel, this must be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled time and must be communicated verbally (by phone). Email or text cancellations will not be accepted.
Failure to cancel within the required timeframe or failure to show up will result in a "no-show" fee being charged to your organization.
